These terms govern your use of Draft Anybody. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old and able to enter into these terms. Keep your credentials secure and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
The game
Draft Anybody is an entertainment product. AI-generated cards, rankings, jokes, and verdicts may be incomplete, incorrect, exaggerated, or offensive. They are not factual claims, professional advice, or endorsements.
Acceptable content
You may only scout notable public figures and fictional characters. Do not submit private individuals or personal information. Public team content and uploads must not contain harassment, hate, threats, sexual exploitation, illegal content, impersonation, privacy violations, spam, malware, or intellectual-property infringement.
Moderation
We may filter, review, restrict, remove, or preserve content and may suspend accounts or leagues to protect users and the service. Reported content is reviewed in context. Repeated or severe violations may result in termination.
Purchases
Any paid feature will display its price and benefits before purchase. Mobile purchases are also governed by the applicable app store. Subscription cancellation stops future renewals but does not normally reverse access already delivered for the current billing period.
Service changes
Situations, scoring rules, models, limits, and features may change as the game develops. We may interrupt the service for maintenance, safety, legal, or operational reasons.
Intellectual property
Draft Anybody’s software, artwork, and brand remain ours or our licensors’. You retain rights in content you upload and grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, moderate, and process it for operating and promoting the service.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
