Draft Anybody is a fantasy game operated through draftanybody.com and its mobile applications. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
- Account data: email address, authentication records, and account identifiers.
- Game data: league memberships, drafted cards, lineups, scores, transactions, and team identity fields.
- Public content: team names, nicknames, mottos, descriptions, crests, uploaded logos, roster cards, scores, and verdicts may be visible to other users or public website visitors.
- AI requests: names and optional context submitted for scouting or team generation, plus the generated response.
- Technical data: IP-derived abuse-prevention hashes, browser or device information, application version, diagnostic logs, and notification tokens.
- Product analytics: first-party events such as signup, joining, drafting, submitting, sharing, and support-interest clicks. We use these to measure whether the game works; we do not sell them or use third-party advertising trackers.
- Support and safety data: reports, blocked-user relationships, support correspondence, and moderation actions.
How we use information
We use this information to operate leagues, authenticate accounts, generate and judge cards, enforce roster rules, prevent fraud and abuse, deliver notifications, provide support, moderate public content, maintain backups, and improve reliability.
Service providers
We use service providers including Supabase for authentication and database infrastructure, Vercel for hosting, Anthropic for AI generation and judging, and Resend for operational email. Information is shared only as needed to provide those services or comply with law.
AI and public figures
Scouting prompts are sent to an AI provider. Do not submit private personal information. The game is limited to public figures and fictional characters, and its ratings and verdicts are entertainment rather than factual assessments.
Retention and deletion
Game data is kept while your account is active. Operational logs, backups, fraud-prevention records, and safety reports may be retained for a limited period after deletion when necessary for security, legal compliance, or dispute resolution. You can delete your account from Account Settings or use the public deletion instructions.
Your choices
You can change notification preferences, edit public team information, block users, report content, request a copy of your data, or delete your account. Device notification permission can also be withdrawn through system settings.
Children
Draft Anybody is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
